Well.. a few years ago when I first got the "evolution" single:
- I broke the case
- A LOT of scratches on the CD (It miraculously still worked)

A few scratches on both case and CD for "MY STORY" but it dosen't really matter since it's a "MIYA" T___T;;

And then, I lent evolution to my friend, and he lost it. I didn't even care o__O
Same for "Love across the ocean", "Come with me" and "Real Emotion FFX2" of Kumi

I LOST IT AAAAAALLL

XD.. just so you know, if you crack a case you can go get a new one for it at walmart or something.. and if it's the Japan version and it has the little avex logo on the case thing and you want to keep that then just put that together with the new case... you can get really good high quality cases at department stores, usually like 5 for $5.. but if you're obsessive about your cds then this might not be such a great idea since the cases weren't specifically made in Japan or wherever.. >_> Although to me a case is a case, and as long as its not all cheap and crappy I don't care what country it was made in...

It does hurt when something like that happens but well, in 10 years or so, you'll lokk at that broken case and say to yourself, "oh god how come I was so worried back then for this case? I don't really care much for it anymore". Well that was what happened to me when my cat bit and tore a part of my Chrono Trigger SNES cartridge box waaaay long ago. I was so angry at the cat. Nowadays I look at that box and say, geez the cat should have ripped everything to pieces, it's just collecting dust here LMAO

Oh I totally understand. I'm especially picky when it comes to things that I care about so much. And I thought I was the only one.

I got upset the other time when I received my "Startin'/Born To Be..." single just 'cause the sticker has scratches on it & the wrapping was a lil creased. So I can only imagine what it must've felt like for you over your slipcase.

What the hell is wrong with you guys' cats lol.

Be extra careful with the knives, everyone!

Hazuki: Sometimes friends really suck and don't give a damn. Sometimes they think what you think is important should be what they think is important. And then they're like wtf dude its just a [insert beloved item].

ronin542001: don't feel bad, it was my stupid ass's fault...I wish I had some phoenix down...

ImpactBreaker: I dunno, it is a really pretty slipcase...all satiny too

angelicwitch1983, touchedstar: yea I think about burglars/fire from time to time. I should get a safe, but that's a buncha money I could use to get more Ayu stuff! And then again, a safe might make burglars wanna jack it to see what's inside. Burglars are stupid. They can cause so much pain to people, seriously. The victim loses so much, an entire Ayu collection, for example, while the burglar gets what? Maybe a few measly hundred. That's what makes me mad.

Wow o_o Just wow...that's so sad ...T_T

Reading this whole thread makes me a little sad Even though, at times I don't think so much about stuff like this....

Well, for me, I had a broken case for my Ayu-ro-mix 3 ...so I had to replace it immediately. I think I'll be buying another copy of it sometime, though. Some of my posters were slightly damaged from my suitcase when I was coming back from Japan -_-;; But..well, hopefully after I hang the posters up, the damages will go away...

My sister borrowed my RAINBOW CD and then a drink bottle leaked and wet the booklet. ): It looks normal on the outside but it is all icky on the inside. D: I got really upset and I find that I don't look at that CD much anymore, now that it's ruined. ):

If that happens, I'd just die on the spot without any logical explanation.

I broke the case of my endless sorrow single for pressing it to hard so I had to replace it. And I think I have to replace I am...and Startin'. I was listening to both in my CD walkman. I didn't know it was broken, but after I listened to them in it, it burned a circle around the middle. So in the I am...Cd it skips tracks 1-4 and in the Startin' single it skips halfway through track one and all of two (Born to be...) *sigh*
