It depends on soo much. Like, if the music aren't available in a country, sometimes it isn't illegal to download it then. Avex found ayu.no some time ago, and they did only ask the webmaster to remove a pic, and NEXT LEVEL was for download on the frontpage

And BTW, I don't think that Ayu will care about it

avex surely know about us. They like any big company have special department to google ALL information about themselves and their products so they surely know about such big community, and they know about downloads section, but maybe they don't think it hurt Ayu's sales so much

i think ayu knows about us, but she doesnt have time to browse all of topic
and i she understand why she can't delete the download section
because... it's a fans base, where all of her fans gather around
if she closed this forum, many of her fans will be disappointed
and.... you know, sometimes we need free bait to catch a big fish
just like me, at first, i knew ayu from free download
and now... i'm a big collector of all her release
i think she know that....

seems like she has a lot of better things to do...and when she is on the internet...she is probably just at TA or something posting pictures.
