And yet, they are trying to turn it into a fact that k idols are the best.

If you love to drink coffee doesn't means the whole world likes drinking cofee... but my point is, kfans love to think the whole world likes to drink cofee and SHOULD drink coffee no matter what.... Get my point now??

Mainstream trend seekers are just too obstinate sometimes.
I think it's best to just ignore those people. Tell them: "I've always loved JPop and I'm not going to stop now only because KPop is suddenly considered 'cool'!"

I've really grown tired of the whole JPop vs. KPop thing! Why can't people just enough the music they enough and leave others in peace?!

Let me join in your conversation please.. Support? Uhm... let me think? uhm.. none! LOL. I have some K-pop CDs but just few like one album per artist (S.E.S, Rain, Lovers in Paris OST). OH, I only have 3 K-pop CDs! hahaha. I also enjoy fx "Hot summer" but only because it's dance-able.

For me, Ayu's beauty is different. It's not like the beauty of a beauty queen, or of an allure model but she has a unique aesthetic feature that makes her beautiful in her own right (even cute most of the time).

She's a beauty with a thousand faces.

yes, i also enjoy fx hot summer and danger as they are more of entertaining. I don't quite enjoy their music though. Haha...

Yup, ayu's beauty is more of charismatic. Beautiful lady inside out. Great personality, is sincere towards fans, hardworking artist, influential, modest too... And definitely, cute personality.

well, k idols are hot too...BUT.. I heard that some even throw away the presents that their fans give them.. (I assume Not all are like that though).

K-Pop happened because of American dance/pop. So, I'm sorry our producers and musicians are kind of flooding your markets with crappy music.

nah I cant say everything is crap. there are amazing pieces of MUSIC that i really appreciate.

i mean, sometimes, i see the effort in creating an interesting song. a good example...B.E.G.'s sixth sense, After School's Because of You, 2NE1's Lonely etc.
these are definitely NOT crappy. and honestly, many other songs out there arnt defined as crappy to me. Ok, maybe I have a very low expectation when it comes to music. but its just that, creating interesting sounds and melodies that capture attention isnt something that is always a given.

and what i believe we cant stand is that, people see k-pop as an epitome of music when there is obviously OTHER forms of music out there. OTHER songs that are more well-developed in terms of lyrics, emotion, melodies and also MVs. and these diehard fans put down all these other forms without having an open mind to them and dismiss them as though they were second-to-k-pop.
