i think the younger, more recently debuted batch of JE groups (like KAT-TUN, KANJANI8, & NEWS) are advised not to have a girlfriend because their fanbases are younger, thus more crazy fangirls will have the oppurtunity to hurt them (whether it be physical or spreading rumors online).

Ayu & Nagase didn't really have this problem because Nagase was already an established idol when they announced their relationship (TOKIO had their debut in '94). Ayu has a good reputation as well, which is my reason why JE didn't really have a problem with Ayu.

By the way, does Arashi [and it seems other Johnny's, too] tend to release more up-beat songs as singles? I figured it since I bought their first "Singles Collection", because there's no song on it, which I would consider a ballad. (Is "WISH" considered a ballad?) Does Arashi have slow songs or are even their ballads kind of up-beat?

I used to be in LOVE with Matsujun and hated the rest, but now they've all grown on me. They're all hot in their own ways. Aiba's bubbliness is definitely hot, Nino's humor, Ohno's....Ohno-ness, and Sho's just cool.

Thanks for posting the link to this clip. ^^ I've only seen two of the clips used in this one, so far, so it was nice to see more Ai-chan cuticle-ness. (The one where he reads a bedtime story to a baby-lion(?) is particularly cute. ^^)

^I watched YTM 4 yesterday. I'm not really into the show. I mean it's funny at times but it's not really reeling me in. I mainly watch it for Sho + Nino. I swear Takuya likes Tarou! The way he looks at him!!!

I wish I could get Kiiroi Namida..T_T and they even have the one with english subs. But, I told my parents I'm not going to order anything from Japan until Ayu's new CD or tour DVD comes out. So that'll be a while.
