I love the Tracklist. Will she ever use the Task interludes to make an actual song of?

Anyways the song I'm looking forward to is kiss o' kill.

Nice to have this list. Apart from taskinst, the names don't sound bad. I don't even mind kiss o' kill after the (miss) names.

If Ayu's titles were created for English speakers, we wouldn't have "Are You Wake Up?" and other strange titles. Not a single person in Japan will have much of a problem pronouncing "taskinst", and the album is for the Japanese market.
Can't find any more words for you, Sean. Thank you.

In the Japanese vocabulary, it might be a different matter. I haven't encountered o' used to mean "or" in Japanese English
Indeed, Engrish creates the most awesome possibilities. To the Japanese people o' might very well be able to mean "or", but like you say o' means "of", or on occasion also "on".

STEP you and Are You Wake Up? are worse offenders.
oh, i didn't mean to say they were bad english necessarily, just that those were a couple of the titles that people were kind of worried about not being ayumi~ish or something. just like "kiss o' kill" initially doesn't sound very like ayumi.

kiss o' kill gets my vote for the song title of the millenium. A work of GENIUS! It deserves to be enshrined as one of the great accomplishments of humankind.

The world is a better place because of kiss o' kill.

Oh, sorry for the mix-up then Well, for me, girlish already laid the groundwork for these song titles But I agree, kiss o' kill is REALLY different.

Agreed.

Let's hope the song is as awesome as the title.

Agreed, hehe.

It's something very different. I was thoroughly surprised when she announced the name 1 LOVE, as she has never ever used numbers in titles before. Now she's resorting to abbreviations, too. I find it refreshing.

lol, wow. I like the tracklist, yet am very amused by it. I'm guessing that It Was and Labyrinth are rock songs. In fact I'm predicting right now that a lot of this album will be rock. Notice that they put the three poppiest songs together - probably because they couldn't fit with the other songs on the album. And then I just can't imagine a song called kiss o' kill being Blue Bird pt. 2, lol - but who knows with Ayu.

@Sunshine, kiss o' kill could be sweet like that, but the last word of the name has me imagine it as something heavier .

much... heavier.

Great tracklist - seems very flashy and dark and tangled. I like.

kiss o' kill, to me, seems like... I dunno. Reminds me of Garbage's The World is Not Enough, with the line "I know when to kiss, and I know when to kill." You also have to remember... Japanese is the first language, I believe, of those who choose her titles (because doesn't someone help her pick titles for her songs?). If it was Ayu, her English is still.... in the working stages. I doubt she or her team would know/care about the proper English usage of o' as a... whatever function the word serves.

The tracklist does have me very excited, either way. until that Day..., momentum, and LABYRINTH are the ones I'm most excited about hearing based on titles alone, although kiss o' kill will definitely be interesting. Well, HOPEFULLY.

I'm pumped for this album.

I love how they sequenced the three (that we know of) poppiest tracks on the album together, but Not yet and Secret better be the most appriorately-placed, explosive/exciting openers and closers for the album (or, well... just the best, not necessarily explosive) for Born To Be... to not be at either end.

Also: I have to laugh at BLUE BIRD getting the fairyland/HONEY spot. Go figure.
