OMG! I saw alan on TV last night! I was screaming my ____ off!!! XD
She appeared in the 28th Hong Kong Film awards.
the first red cliff song was nominated for best movie song, but it didnt win! (this japanese producer or smthin won) T_______T
but.. the Red Cliff movie (1st movie) was nominated for the best movie music, and it won! to my surprise, alan went on stage to accept the award!! :O
i was screaming so much I couldnt hear wat she said, but her acceptance speech was pretty short. alan wore this white outfit, and her hairdo looked kinda short...
other info: Red Cliff won a total of 5 whopping awards! (best art direction or smthin, best costume design, best sound effects, best visual effects, and best movie music)

ah i have 4 performances for xin zhan, they're in ts format and i haven't gotten around to converting them, i'll probably do them this week!

from alan forums~ ok well i haven't downloaded them yet, so i'll upload them when i have time!!! pretty good that alan don't have full performances XD or else the file size would just be >_>

Wow, it's great Red Cliff won for best music, it really deserved it! I was so emotional at some parts because the music was so gorgeous.

^I downloaded it from KMC earlier. I prefer the original version. It's the wailing it makes the song sound better.

I liked the original too, but it was REALLY nice to hear Kuon in the original key <3 I still loved it <3

the chinese version sounds the same as the normal to me -,-
idk why she always saves her wails for japanese songs 0.o

The End Roll Version is really pretty!
I really like alan's voice there and this version is just great.

I think it means that it was played at the end of the RED CLIFF 2 movie ?

as such there're some minor twirks as compared to the single version

I think it's something like that lah Jun Xiang even though I could be wrong

the End roll version of Kuon no Kawa doesn't have alan's yodelling in the background though

omg ! i just heard the endroll version of KnK i was expecting an orchestral instrumental track or something.

but i was so suprised to hear a resung version of the song ! its so great that she sung it in a more free flowing melodic tone.

its still a bit higher than the mandarian version but the end part of the song was amazing with the opera-ness, i cant believe the awesomeness that is alan XD
