hey-hey, Under is one of her best & hottest songs ever. This song itself is like sex.

Everyday has grown on me, though I never even skipped it, it was just my least favorite track. Brave on other hand is one of my favorite tracks from the album. So I DO hope she'll make this BALLAD live happen this or next year. I started really loving her ballads after Promise. Daisuke "D.I" Imai man, I miss him so much... does anyone like Brave? I think it's a really nice song.. I still hate Everyday and All for you though... never listened to them after the 1st listen lol. And SO NICE is just so-so.. it's a disappointment considering her last song with Mr Blistah was so good.

but i really like this album even though it's almost 2 months old. i personally prefer it to Party Queen but i never... see them 2 as being comparable in that sense anyways

I love what she does with her voice at the end, that "toki ha-aa-aa".

I didn't like it at first listen but lyrics made me really love the song. Now it's definitely one of my favorite songs on the album. It's beautiful even though arrangement is very simple.

I'm so annoyed that I'm too busy with school these days that I can't do that Kuu PV marathon yet. :'(

Brave is one of the best tracks in JAPONESQUE for me (along with Love Technique and No Man's Land) Heh. I'm a sucker for Kuu ballads. Everyday is the only song from JAPONESQUE I'd skip regularly. That song annoys me so much LOL.

It's true about the Japanese music scene in terms of internationally. Internationally KPOP is dominating everything, but that's because KPOP companies use the internet to their advantage. YG and SM entertainment etc use sites like Youtube to their full advantage, and even sometimes but English subs on their videos for international fans. More and more people discovered KPOP through the internet, because KPOP companies rarely censor that much, whereas if you try to put any Japanese music or video, it will be taken down instantly. Japanese companies seem do to their best to make sure NOTHING is uploaded, which of course means that they are effectively taking away their own potential publicity and coverage. JPOP covers used to be more popular on Youtube, until Japanese companies like Avex decided to get really anal, and now even covers are taken down. People gave up covering JPOP songs and moved to KPOP. JPOP used to be more prominent a few years ago, before Japanese companies started to censor so much, and before KPOP got a real hold of the internet and becoming more popular internationally. It's a shame because I think JPOP could be just as popular in the west. I don't think the school girl cute groups like AKB48 would be, because that's not what western people really like, but Koda and Namie Amuro and the like, could do so well!! DD: It's so annoying!

Although I swear Avex must be listening a little now, since I noticed for the first time they have actually started to upload videos in FULL on Youtube now, with Ayu's Party Queen album PVs! So one can hope! <3

JAPONESQUE is still awesome. I mostly listen to, So Nice, BBB, V.I.P, slow, ESCALATE, Love Me Back, No Man's Land, Love Technique and PLC. D But I still like the rest of the songs as well, just not as much as those!

I think what the Japanese music industry is going is best described by the phrase "cutting off the nose to spite the face". I think what they want to do is cut down on piracy, but they are losing promotion.

Now that you asked this... It looks like 90% of Kuu lyrics are about love lol I can't think of a song with a dark/heavy lyric like some ayu songs...
