Is Juju really that popular? I borrowed one of her CDs from the japan library and I was so underwhelmed.

^ her last album did rather well in sales...
YOU - 352K (total) and was number 1 for two weeks in a row... so...
her first week was only 111K... if this was last year I would say there is some real competition, but looking at Party Queen... I think JUJU will win the battle.

She also had a cover album last year that did about 117K and a live album that did around 20K in august of this year...

I can't believe kalafina moved so many more copies than Kyary. Kyary promoted the hell out of this single, kalafina just...exist and don't even do a very popular genre.

No surprises that my beloved Sayu(ri Sugawara) is outside the top ten, but hopefully she can perform well - and try to even break the top 30! Also not surprised about Kisumai...but KARA? Whoa there - I thought at first Johnny's would sweep this, but KARA's NINKI higher than one Sexy Zone? Hmm...

But I'll tell you what - anything can happen... It can be UNPREDICTABLE...

lol 1st week sales of Popcorn were about 60,000 - 70,000 higher than what Beautiful World obtained in the 1st week which doesn't surprise me as everything on Popcorn sounds much better if not more well put together
