It doesn't look cozy at all. There's no charm or character to those type of houses. I'll never understand but then again, I'm not a multi millionaire lol

Any house with a pool is good in my books but honestly I wouldn't have even bought that house. Don't know what ayu was thinking. It looks like the whole house has this basic white colour, too many windows (for thieves to break in), the chairs and couches don't look comfortable, the counters in the kitchen look terrible, the patio furniture looks like I'll get a back ache if I lied on it, the carpeting looks awful, etc. (All opinion of course)
To me it feels like something industrial rather than home-like, with everything looking basically the same and this giving it a mass produced feel, and if I were a smart millionaire I'd avoid it. To me homes should be cozy and embued with heart and personality, not something like that. Maybe that's why ayu sold it. That or like everyone has said, she's gonna just live in Japan now.
