I completely agree with you. Avex (and the music industry as a whole) seems hell bent on ignoring the change in music consumerism and remaining stagnant. I don't get it.

I do agree with you. And I`d love to get more of Kuu personally.
But don`t forget, that Kuu isn`t a big PC user privately. And it`s probably the same with a mobile phone.
Actually, I think the biggest motivation for her playroom blog is that it, well, is her FC.
The photos there are always done by her staff anyway and also some posts are written by her team. She just makes here and there one herself as far as I know.

Lol, there's no official announcement or anything as such regarding this. Maybe it was just some troll. Besides, avex never dropped Ami Suzuki even though she stopped selling ages ago.

I know her releases aren't selling anymore, but is Kuu really doing THAT badly in terms of ticket sales too? It's hard to see the extent of her decline from abroad, especially considering she's still one of the more popular Japanese artists from an international perspective (or so I thought...)

Exactly, the concerts are the most important, avex gets a lot of money from them.
