Are Ayu and Shuya together ?

From this pictures they seem to be together

In 2007 Ayu and Tomoya split appart...
...since 2007 Ayu uses Shuya for those performances:

Arena Tour 2007 --> part of me
A-Nation 2007 --> fated
CDL 2007-2008 --> fated
Arena Tour 2008 --> HANABI
A-Nation 2008 --> HANABI
PCDL 2008-2009 --> Hope or Pain

So what do you think ?
