Her voice wasnt great by any means, but she put in alot of energy. Rollin' is hilarious, I loved how dorky she was. Considering how much the crowd loved it, I hope that establishes the song as a staple for future tours. I really disliked the recycling of outfits.
Overall; some good, some bad. Just like the album.

I'm pretty mixed about that album. I can listen to it without skipping a single track, which I can only do for a few albums, but it someway misses the super-uber-amazing songs. It's like always changing from good to very good but never amazing(well, maybe a little in Sparkle, GREEN, LOVE 'n' HATE and curtain call)

i watched the first two performances and i didn't like them that much
so yeah i don't like what saw and i seen the earlier previews not very happy

I haven't seen the whole concert yet, but I know for sure that I don't like Sparkle. First of all, I want to say that the whole stage appearance (and everything else) fits the theme. In Sparkle, I hate the wig and the sparkly costume she's wearing. Also, I believe she should have tried to do some dancing, instead of those silly robotic moves and crazy expressions which weren't even hot. And about singing, wasn't she lip syncing in Sparkle? Also, the "cutey" voice she was using, it seemed like she was covering the fact that she can't sing some parts.

I'm not sure about other perfomances, but I really liked SIGNAL - refreshing, and EVOLUTION - classic.

P.S. also to add, the GREEN perfomance was so out of place! I liked Days, but OMG Shu-ya destroys everything when he appears on stage! The electro perfomances were nice and ok, but mostly boring.

I've watched the Rollin' Sparkle performance and it is perfect for me! I love the silly dance Ayu make. She looks so cute! I really wanna own the DVD!

after watching ARENA TOUR 2009 for the 5th time..the concert started to grow on me just like the album & now i love it XDD..the performance of rollin made me love the song again..haha

why does GREEN always feel out of place..it seems like PCDL was the only time that it matched with the concert..it doesn't match with the "NEXT LEVEL" theme

The Special Screens should be nice if it come up on DVD~

GREEN was only performed twice and you said it matched in one, how is not fitting in once "always feels out of place"?

well it was kinda out of place in the NEXT LEVEL tracklist, so I can sorta see what it they mean

Kind of like, no matter where you stick it on a setlist/trackllist, it just won't fit in LOL. Maybe for CDL she can stick it next to BALLAD lol.

Man... I was thinking that there was some [insane] talk of a DVD release already.

I knew from the moment the costume pics leaked that I wasn't going to like this tour, but I gave it a chance since I actually liked 95% of setlist. I watched that tv performances of "Rule" "identity" & "love & hate" and I have to say that whoever choreographed this tour needs to have their dancing shoes burned or something.

From what I saw, there was '"****ty Ayu" and "ShuyaAyu" all over the place. I guess it's all good for those who like to see Ayu like that, but it wasn't for me. I like it when Ayu is "confident" and I like it when she's "sexy" but I don't like it when she's grindin on Shuya like some cheap video *****. She's better than that, or at least I thought so.

There was never a climatic moment during those three songs, there was no WOW-factor like in Arena Tours that preceded this one. The three clips I watched were definitely songs that had the potential to make me go (O_O!!!), but it just didn't happen. Ayu looked very tired, and during "identity" her lips weren't in sync with the backtrack at ANY time---I have NEVER seen her lip sync that bad before.

And the background dancers...*sigh* They were all over the place as they have been since 2008.

The bottom line is that Ayumi needs A REAL CHOREOGRAPHER TO MAKE REAL CHOREOGRAPHY. Not arm flailing and jumping and grinding, but REAL CHOREOGRAPHY that actually REINFORCES THE WORDS OF THE SONG. OMG, I want to rant so bad right now it isn't even funny...but I'm going to stop and simply say that 2009 has been the WORST AYU-YEAR EVER! (T_T)
