Avatars
I cannot have .gif avatars because when I do that on PSP, it gives me the main still, not the moving graphic. How can you get .gif avatars?

You need to use Jasc Animation Shop or whatever it's called. It should have come with your Paint Shop Pro...

keepsgettinbetter explained it perfectly. Animation Shop should have come with your Paint Shop Pro and that is the program you use to create/edit gifs. Paint Shop Pro doesn't support them.
