Yeah, I kinda wish it was more funky than... cutesy in the lives. Or maybe do the rock version of it.

Remember, originally ANGEL'S SONG was a bit heavier iirc. It wasn't as sugary as it ended up being.

"ANGEL'S SONG"'s melody really gets at you. The version that came to me from the composer, Yukumi, had more of a rock taste, and more of a sad feeling, but HAL did the arrangement and it really became more of a "UPBEAT HAL!" sort of arrangement... So the song is much closer to what was inside me. The PV was directed by Sunaga, who also directed the "Greatful days" PV. I change into a wolf and fight a gang. But what I thought of in my head when I heard about the aforementioned change, and how it actually turned out, they were two very different things... I was quite surprised (bitter smile).

I want the ANGEL'S SONG -another song- mix, please.

Really?? It was her PCDL performance that made me love it. Lol. Before that, I always skipped it.

Whoa, new mini-album?

We know we have 'Step by step', which has got to be released soon, but at first I thought we would have a single, not something like a mini-album...

I mean, I didn't expect that to happen. I expected a new single.

And August 5th? Seriously? It's only April 12th! We've got FOUR MONTHS to wait!!!

Anyways, that's still good news. We're glad Ayu's still making music after over 17 years of continuous service. Hopefully this mini-album will be a good one as well! (Although we should no longer think about the charts anymore, since recently Ayu has been unable to get the #1 spot on the Oricon charts, even on the albums...)
