Yoshiki of X Japan makes a surprise appearance at Anime Central 2010

Hey everyone! I just got back from Anime Central 2010 (a con near Chicago) and at the Masquerade (a show where you can walk on stage and show off your cosplays and do silly skits) they had an intermission and they showed us a video about YOSHIKI and X Japan. After the video, YOSHIKI came out on stage!!! He apparently had flown in on a private jet early this past weekend and came to the con for God knows what reason XD. He will also be performing with the rest of X Japan at Lollapalooza in Chicago this coming summer!

Also, someone on youtube took video of his appearance. Tsk tsk. I did not take this video, for the record, i was one of the squealing fangirls that ran up towards the stage when he came out XDDD

Hm, I didn't know Acen was this last weekend. A couple of my good friends went (strange they didn't mention it...maybe some of them didn't go because it was finals for them ), so I'll have to ask them about it. I used to go back when I was in high school 5 years ago, but I haven't gone since.

Unfortunately, I don't like X Japan in the least, but that's really cool of him and I bet was a really good treat for everyone.

EDIT: I just watched 1 minute of the video (as I said, I'm not really interested in X Japan...) and he's got really good English!! I'm really impressed!

Lol im not a huge fan myself, Gackt owns my fangirl heart XD but it was just so cool and such a privilege to get to see someone so influential in the Japanese music industry. It was real cool
