OLIVIA and her album "GREATEST HITS"
I don't know if she'll appeal to you, but she makes unique music and she has an amazing voice. The 2nd disc of that best-of is so magical. You can also try Chihiro Onitsuka's "ONE OF PILLARS ~BEST OF CHIHIRO 2000-2010~" All the songs are flawless/amazing/beautiful

AKB48's Kamikyoku Tachi is a good buy. The DVD has no PV's though. Bummer. There's a cheaper U.S. version that comes with a DVD nonetheless.
Dream's 7th Anniversary Best is also a good set for anime fans. CD+DVD versions are hard to find though. And definitely get alan's best if you don't mind the price. Get Voice of EARTH if you can though. Its a studio album but most of her good songs are on there anyway. |

I'll recommend Ai Am Best too
, that album got me into Ai-chan's music. I'll also recommend Utada's latest compilation album, it dosn't come with a DVD, but it has a second cd with 5 new songs in it. B'z's "B'z The Best ULTRA Pleasure" is great too if you want to try j-rock, no dvd for this one as well, but it has a LOT of songs.

I recommend this too. The DVD is kind of lame, but the album is great and it comes in two amazing mini hardcover books in a slipcase.

Definitely capsule's FLASH BEST and OLIVIA's recent best album.
I'd also recommend Kato Miliyah's best album.

Honestly, I would recommend both "B'z The Best ULTRA PLEASURE" and "'B'z The Best ULTRA Treasure"!
Their earlier stuff was pop, but it's kind of pop/rock now. The DVD for "ULTRA Pleasure" contain best of live clips from their LIVE-GYMS (their equivalent of Ayu's ARENA TOURS) and "ULTRA Treasure" contains the concert "B'z Showcase 2007". (I'm such a fangirl! ) Utada Hikaru Singles Collection ~vol. 2~ is highly, highly recommended!! ![]() She makes amazing music!! YUI's SHORT STORIES is another I'd recommend.
