Post-poned Concert Tickets

Hello

I am hoping to go to the October 18 or 19 Ayu concert in Saitama (postponed from May I think) -- though it appears that tickets for that concert haven't been released??

Does anyone have any idea if/when tickets might be released?? I have someone in Japan and a friend who is looking on a Japanese ticket site to see but so far no good info.
