Your "Jpop: Best of the 90's"

If you had to make an album consisting of only Jpop songs produced in the 1990's, what would you put on it!? One~two songs per artist! If possible, throw in some youtube videos!

My list in no particular order:

• Utada Hikaru - Automatic

• Ayumi Hamasaki - appears
*I don't need to supply the videos for these...right? haha

• V6 - MUSIC FOR THE PEOPLE [ Dailymotion ]

(Tsuyoku Hakanai Monotachi)[ Dailymotion ]

• Kahara Tomomi - Hate tell a lie

(Romance no Kami-sama)

(Kimi ga iru dake de)

• hitomi - CANDY GIRL

(Konya wa boogie back)

• Morning Musume. HOLD ON ME! (Daite HOLD ON ME!)

• globe - FREEDOM

• TRF - BOY MEETS GIRL

(Deatta koro no you ni)

• Dragon Ash - Grateful Days

• Amuro Namie - a walk in the park

• MAX - Seventies

• Nakamori Akina - 愛撫 (Aibu)

• SPEED - Body & Soul

(Nagisa ni matswaru Etc.)

• Matsuda Seiko - あなたに会いたくて〜Missing You〜 (Anata ni aitakute)

I could probably keep going... I'll stop here haha. I don't know how many people here actually like 90's Jpop, so I don't know how this thread will do haha! But well, maybe you'll like some of these?

I'm interested in what others would put on their list!

I don't really listen to 90's J-Pop that much, but I'll give this a try!
  • Ayumi Hamasaki - Fly high
  • Ayumi Hamasaki - appears
  • Hikaru Utada - First Love
  • Do As Infinity - Tangerine Dream

  • Do As Infinity - Heart

  • globe - FACES PLACES

  • globe - FACE

  • Every Little Thing - Future World

  • Every Little Thing - Feel My Heart

  • Ayana - Last Regrets
  • Kouji Wada - Butter-Fly

(This would've been much easier if I could just list an assload of globe tracks.)

Lots of good music from the 90s in Japan! I like many of th songs posted here already, especially B'z and manie amoru discography from that period. I all add some of my favs too.

masami okui, typical 90s sound didn't top the charts, but I'm sure some of her songs are pretty well known even some abroad since they've been used widely in anime, even if I never watched any of them . ^_^
