Buy in Itunes Japan

I need to buy a digital single and a video in Itunes japan but I can't

I tried to make a japan account with my Tenso Address but the credit card is not accepted >.<

Anyone know how I can buy in there? or some one in japan that could "make the favor" of bought it and I pay it by paypal?
