Is there any way to isolate all tracks that DO NOT have cover art?

Sort the songs with no album artwork into an album called 'Non-Artwork' with a sort artist called 'Non-Artwork'

^^Not sure I understand...

I mean something that will do it automatically...like how iTunes allows users to "view duplicates" in their library.

There is really no way to find out directly what doesn't have artwork. There are pretty much 2 things you can do:

A) View your library in cover flow (under "view") and see what you're missing,

B) You can "get album artwork" (under "advanced") and it should fill in some of what you're missing.
