[Help] POM ~Introduction~

I was wanting subtitle "forgiveness" of POM, but I don't understand what Ayu are talking in the introduction.

Please, could someone translate for me?

I even tried to make the phrase, but "kanji" that start in sentences 1, 2 and 4 cI can't identify

I think it refers to the big earthquake.

It says:
We have the ability to forget
We have the ability to remember [literally: "to be without forgetting"]
But,
There are things we are unable to forget

(Or if you want to keep the continuity of using 忘れる ("forget") three times:
We have the ability to forget
We have the ability to not forget
But,
There are things we are unable to forget )

The pronunciation for the kanji　忘　is わす in all the instances that you have presented.

It's curious, when I attended the Yoyogi shows, Ayu said all of that in English, and I think it was also written in english... but she seem to change it at the end of the tour

Is this the same as the intro for concert tour 2000 Part 1? Because they sound the same/really similar to me.

I believe the concert tour talked about dreams and such, I remember she mentions 'Yume' and 'Sekai' a few times for the monologue but I also remember "Wasurerarenai" or "Wasurezu ni" kind of thing too. God I miss these kind of things, it adds a certain epicness to the tour, and now we mostly had "ARENA TOUR 20XX Yokosou"

jiarong: Yeah the intro for CT2000 just has her saying "Yume no sekai e, yokoso" instead of "Welcome to the Power of Music" but otherwise it's the same.
