^It was used on a Tinker Bell movie technically is not an anime but we have Rule (DB Evolution) as well so why not? lol

"Anime" in japanese means animation. It doesn't necessary refers to japanese animation.

In Japan all animated films/series are Animes, they don’t put it as an extra genre as we western countries do...
