１５年分高額納税者　「健康」「美容」は上位定着

　国税庁は十七日、平成十五年分の確定申告で所得税が一千万円を超えた高額納税者を全国の税務署で公示、上 位百人を公表した。納税額が十億円以上となったのは二人のみで前回の四人から半減。「長者」の小粒化傾向が 定着しつつあるが、五億円以上は三十人と前回の十五人から倍増。景気回復への動きもうかがえた 。
　トップは、上位常連の健康食品販売業、斎藤一人さん（五五）。平成九年分の確定申告から六年ぶりに一位に 返り咲いた。斎藤さんをはじめ健康、美容業界からは十三人がランクインした。
　不況に強いパチンコ、消費者金融業界からも十六人が名を連ねたが、盗聴事件で公判中の「武富士」の武井保 雄前会長（前回八十二位）は百位に届かなかった。
　先月、七十八歳で亡くなった日本マクドナルド元会長、藤田田さんは昨年三月の引退時の退職金約二十四億円 を得たこともあり、前回二十二位から十四位となった。前回、九十五位に登場した大リーグの松井秀喜選手はラ ンク外。米国で納税したとみられる。
　音楽業界からは、Ｂ’ｚの稲葉浩志さんが八十位に入ったが、常連だった浜崎あゆみさん、宇多田ヒカルさん がランク外に。一方で、中国出身の女性グループ、女子十二楽坊の大ヒットが大きな要因となってエンターテイ ンメント関連会社「プラティア」社長、堀口利美さん（四二）が九十五位に入った。
　所得の主な内訳では、土地譲渡が七人、株譲渡は二十九人といずれも近年の減少傾向は相変わらずで、「土地 長者」や「株長者」は影を潜めている。土地譲渡では、マンション建設ブームもあってか、都心への通勤に便利 な駅まで徒歩圏内の土地を売却したことによるランクインも。
　確定申告をした人は全国で約六百九十三万三千人で、前回より約六万五千人増加した。申告者の増加は四年ぶ り。

　≪所得税の公示≫　個人が１年間に得た所得に対する税額が１０００万円を超えた場合、所得税法に基づいて 氏名、住所、税額が翌年５月に全国の税務署で公示される。第三者のチェックにより適正な申告を促すのが目的 。昭和２５年に創設。所得は給与、事業、配当などのほか、土地や株の譲渡などに分類され税額を算出する。か つては所得額を公示したが５８年分からは納税額になった。（産経新聞）
