Celine Dion and Ayu's same pose?

hmm.. i was walking around window shopping in manhattan [nyc] when i saw an ad of Celine Dion's newest perfume line .. what is so interesting about an otherwise unoriginal ad, was that it looked almost exactly like Ayumi's CAROLS cover art! when i first laid eyes on the ad i was shocked. do they not have something like copyright infringement or a rule somewhere along that line that prohibits such acts?? here's a link.. celine dion parfums ..don't you see the resemblance???

The background's a little darker in colours ... but otherwise it's the same as Ayu's cover ... oh, that's annoying.

I've thought about this long ago, that perfume is popular in Japan and the perfume came out before CAROLS, so I do think Ayu copied her, although, I think Ayu copies Madonna the most.

whats the big eal if she does something or looks like someone else? people have cpied each other for centuries and it dosent mean anything. Mabey Ayu likes celine dion, mabey celinedion is someone ayu looks up to? Mabey ayu never even seen that pose mabey she just thinks like celine? No ones 100% original... I bet ayu trud being like other jpop stars before she made it big... so... relax everyone... dont blow vein over it

well...ayu had copied others in the pass...she've copied Madonna, and Kylie Monogue
she is just adding "extras" to make it look nicer...i guess

Copying someone means that you like their work. It's a compliment, not a bad thing. Well, unless it's plagiarism and you just take it and claim it as your own.
