ayu is one of those ppl that....
doesnt breath from her nose? or something cuz it seems that way when she sings. is like those ppl that uses their mouth to breath.

Maybe, maybe not? But if you are talking about live performances and stuff, you get more air through your mouth. Try running around only breathing through your nose and see how far you get.

hahahaha this whole topic makes me laugh!!! I've seen her breathe through her nose before im positive!! but my friend was like that until she got a nose job! she couldn't breathe through her nose at all!

People who use their mouth to breath only have a typical clynical facies
 (mouth breather facies or adenoid facies). It's easy to spot someone who has chronically had problems breathing with their nose and use their mouth to compensate the problem. The mouths is semi opened, the tongue goes slightly out of the mouth, prsence of dental malocclusion, jaw bones are smaller, high arched palate and the expression is typical. ayu doesn't have any of that. Quite some japanese artists have a nasally voice though, it might be something to do with their ethinicity, I don't really have a clue.

I would imagine singing and dancing and running around... would basically force you to breathe through your mouth unless you've got hell-a strong lungs. But I dunno if I've ever seen her breathe through her nose during any interviews... or not... of whatever. You can hardly notice the breathing >.>;;;

maybe they mean when she gathers air to sing another verse.
Its easier to take in more air through the mouth .. you do it when you speak, why not when you sing
