The Big Switch!

Wouldn't it be funny if Avex or Toshiba EMI or any other big record company did something weird like making a compilation album where artists completely switch styles or at least cover each others song? Not just one artist like dream, all of them. For example, Ai Otsuka sings Namie's songs and Namie sings her songs. XD

Can you guys think of any other funny or weird switches? What about Hitomi Shimatani and DAI or ELT switch? Imagine Mocchi or Ban-chan trying to sing ANGELUS and Hitomi Shimatani trying to sing Fundamental Love or Honjitsu wa Seiten Nari. I think it'd be really cool if some record label did that.

I'd like a cover song by Tommy february6... maybe "Dear My Friend" by ELT... i don't know... but it has to be an old-fashioned cover song!! I'd love that...

Ai Otsuka singing Put 'Em Up, Shine More, or Alarm would be hilarious. XD

Mocchi and Ban-chan switching would be cool, and they'd keep the same guitar guys, so it'd be Mocchi & Ryo and Ban-chan and Ikkun. That'd be cool, or they could form a super band! *imagines Mocchi and Ban-chan sharing vocals* o.o;;

Any artists, I was just thinking it'd be more realistic because they always release complilations under the same labels, I think, Like the Best of J-pop 2004 and 2003 are all avex artists, then Sony has their own so I just thought that. But imagine Mika Nakashima and Ayumi Hamasaki switching! Mika would sing GAME and Ayu would sing Love Addict! XD

Let me re-word it: What songs would you want artists to switch/cover?

Shiina Ringo or, of course, Tokyo Jihen should cover Chihiro Onitsuka's'Tiger In My Love'. Chihiro Onitsuka should cover Siam Shade's 'Tears I Cried'. Siam Shade should reunite and cover Shiina Ringo's 'Yattsuke Shigoto' (ZCS version).

Goto Maki would suit covering Hitomi Shimatani's 'ANGELUS'... and I think it would be an interesting way to put Ayu's vocals to the test if she song something Onitsuka Chihiro like...'Gekkou' or 'Beautiful fighter'
