And even though I really liked Mika's Sakurairo Maukoro video (it made me cry...honestly), I still wish Ayu had won because I am just a hardcore fan like that.

Mika won because she deserved to win.


Sakurairo Mau Koro is a beautiful song (easily one of the top ballad songs I've ever heard) and it's PV was equally good. I haven't seen a PV that worked that well with it's song in a very long time.


INSPIRE on the other hand... Lets just say that PV left alot to be desired. And it was especially disappointing considering it was a PV for a song by a good singer with a good PV history and not someone like, say, Britney Spears?

I was looking at the vmaj website (not knowing a clue on what the text is saying most of the time) and I saw alot of american starts go to it too and be nominated... Now why can't we be like them and nominate videos not only from japan, maybe like one country from every continent or something like that.

I was really suprised to see INSPIRE nominated...I thought something like GAME would get nominated ....but anyways...congrats to Mika cause the Sakurairo Maukoro PV was so beautiful!!!The story behind it was so sad and i burst into tears everytime i watch it.

Because here in America, we don't have Japanese artists with music in the mainstream. In Japan, American artists are popular there.

I like seeing Ayu win, but I can't say I'm terribly disappointed INSPIRE lost (though I don't hate it as some do).

It's just an award. There will be others. 'INSPIRE' really wasn't the best PV she made last year so it's not surprising that she didn't win.

I'll have to agree with many others, Sakurairo Maukoro is 10 times better than Ayu's INSPIRE PV... >.<
