ayu's metamorphosis
ok..these are some thoughts bout ayu's metamorphosis i wanna share w/ all of u guys REMEMBER NO OFFENSE HERE!!! :
01. Ayu's Voice Her voice has gotten a BIG IMPROVEMENT since 1998~20005 compare to her SQUEAKY VOICE (1998~2001) w/ MATURE GREAT VOICE (2001~2005) There are Lots of changes...and I think ayu has got a really hard lesson for that...other singers would have the EXACTLY SAME voice from her debut till now (98%)...see Mika Nakashima, MISIA, Utada 02. Ayu's Style No wonder she is one of....even maybe the only one (for me) singer who ALWAYS UP TO DATE in all her style : HAIR, CLOTHES, NAILS, etc.. she just GET INTO DA POINT!!!! she never fails to amaze us w/ all her new style...she can change her style till 5~10 (maybe more) times a year...OMG 03. Ayu's Songs n Music This one...yeah..more ROCKISH, UPBEAT, DANCEFULL feelings into her music and gettin' better !!!! 04. Ayu's Faces The phrase which i ever read : "She's The Queen of 1000 Faces" is definitely rite !!!! 05. Ayu's PVs Not really much comments... hope sth good like INSPIRE and STEP you (others are quite good also) 06. Ayu's Nails If you see clearly...since the last period of 2004 ayu started lovin SHORT nails...and in 2005...now..she uses them too...... 07. What's urs ???

I'll tell you my opinion:
1.Ye-a, you're right! Looks like she seriously & hard worked with her voice, and now I like it much more, than it was..still, "A BEST's one for me is the best... 2.Style...heh, I don't think it got better! For me now it's worser, `cause she uses her old styles now, and there's nothing freshy or something that can really surprise me to say "WOW! COOL!"-no there's nothing like that! She wears now such a "women" clothes, and I don't like it, becuase she looks very old there...new pics from "Cawaii" & "Monthly The TV" looks like they were made just only for one issue, because everything is made in one style only..I don't like her style since "Moments"-too much women clothes, TOO MUCH...actually, she can't be girlie all the time, I know, but maybe she can stay stylish still? I want new Ayu-not the returning to the past one.. 3.Music isn't going better to my opinion! No-worser! Where are the SUPER MEGA-HITS, huh? Where are the 2nd "SEASONS", "vogue", "Far away", "M"- SUPER MEGA-HITS for the all times, that everyone admire so much and the ones you can listen to 4ever? There's no such songs now! Too much rocky, TOO MUCH! No, that's not the right way! I know that many Ayu's old fans inside want "Trust", "SURREAL", "evolution" and other old songs to repeat again right now, in 2005 or even 2004... 4.Faces? Well, she's still cutie, and still on magcovers...we have nothing to worry about...for now.. 5.PVs??? Too many dark PVs nowadays, and that's not right too! 6. Nails? Still "Nailqueen" in my opinion she is! Even with short nails...

i really like a lot of her recent sobgs, but i have to agree, i always go back to her SEASONS, and M... it's so hard to resist... she needs a nice, ballad like song, and she will then secure her spot as Queen of Music...
Her style needs to become maturing, but not like woman-y, just like... cutsy yet mature... but yes, she puts many hours, even days in her styles, and i giver major props for that...
