Is "MY STORY" Copy-Controlled?

i'm just now finding this out after having "MY STORY" for about two months, but my "MY STORY" CD isn't copy controlled. Is it supposed to be this way? Maybe this mistake was exclusive to China, but i'm not sure ><

no CD's really copy controled...i don't think ...xD my BoA L&H one was but my My Story wasn't, I could rip it just fine

By the time MY STORY had come out, avex had implimented their 'copy-control by artist request' thing. Ayu didn't nor do a bunch of avex artists now. This is teh reason.

Uh.

simple story: avex let the artists choose whether or not to put cccd on their stuff after September of last year. Ayu chose not to put cccd on her stuff.

It's not like the copy control did anything? I can still use rip fro all those cds reguardless

I think the "H" single, as well as "Voyage" and a couple others, were copy-controlled. But that doesn't stop people from ripping the songs.

Well, copying cds just shows how much you support the artist.

On Topic for Enquires, off Topic for Ayu, but do you know if Ai chose to copy control? I can't remember if my LOVE JAM CD was Copy Controlled or not, I'm pretty sure it wasn't...

It plays perfectly on a Mac, just tested it now. So I dare say I don't believe Ai has CCCD either. So any release after LOVE JAM seems safe.

i think my story not have a copy controled i can make a mp3 rip from the original cd

CCCD is just crap, even CCCD are easy to rip. If the disc can be played in a computer it can be ripped, that's easy...

Even if the protection is strong, all you have to do is an audio capture while the cd is playing on your computer ^^

SACD (not hybride ones) can't be played on a computer, so no rip at all ^^
