i used to don't like Ayu very much, i heard Ayumi and Utada was big and i listened to both their music and im like "omg that Ayumi girl songs suck, Utada is better" Utada wasn't my fav artist though, i just thought she was better -_-"

2 years later....
i went to a forum and the thread was "Your fav Jpop Song?"
so many people said Ayu so i started downloading some of Ayu's songs and got sooo HOOKED! and i listened to the songs i used to hate and now i love

i always think back "how could i not like this song? i'm the stupidest person in the world for missing out on such good music for 2 whole years"

i should have been a fan since 2002 but it only started in 2004, my bad

Iv'e always liked Ayu.
The only disliking i had from her was the song, "I am..."
I didn't appriciate vocals much back then. I wanted BG music.
Now that song is my favorite track on "I am...".

XD. Now Im going to be honest I used to HATE Ayumi. I mean I listened to a few songs by her here and there but I still did hate her. And one day I decided to give her a chance so I bought Memorial Address. After that I just started buying Ayumi Cds.and I was hooked.

Never hated Ayu...when I heard her "I Am..." album [first album I heard of hers] I wasn't too thrilled..but then she grew on me. ^^

I used to think Ayu's eyes are scary and didn't like her at all .. then thanks to winmx .. i accidentally d/l her Stadium Tour 2002 thinking it's another file .. then i started watching that a lot and started getting her albums .. weird start hah

Hm? I didn't really like her, until I got to listen to more of her songs. Ever since then, I continued liking her. Of course I like her a lot more now, but uh, then again not as much either. =/

Whoah...same here. After comparing never ever and still alone with some songs by Utada...I just felt like Utada was better. A week or two ago (yeah, very recent), I was proven wrong. Terribly wrong. I can't believe I didn't become a fan sooner. I'm so sorry, Ayu...;_;

When I first heard her songs from a song for xx, I was freaked out by how she screeches. but after a while, I tried listening to her songs from LOVEppears and I realized, well, the voice is what makes her special. =)

I liked Ayu when I heard her songs, before that I'd heard about her but I didn't think anything about her as I'd only seen her CD cover for I am... then I downloaded a couple of her songs and instantly liked her.
