Hidden line in Pride?

I don't know if anyone else ever noticed this or if it was ever discussed, but after Ayu sings "yuu shoujo ni" in the first verse, I hear her whispering something. I turned up the music loud at that one part, but still can't make it out. Anyone else know about this or am I going crazy?

I'm not sure if it's in the same place as you, but it's in the beggining parts of the song.

I've heard it too, but never really thought anything of it. Maybe she knew the single wouldn't sell well and people might not like it, so she wants people to LISTEN to it anyway. XD

It sounds more like the chorus cue that they do, and they're saying "son", as in "sonzai".

That's what I thought, but it didn't sound completely sound like that.

I hear "listen" in the beginning as well but I'm not sure if that's what you're talking about.

Is it in the instrumental too? I only have the instrumental on my computer, and I'm too lazy to get my CDs out.

Just for this, I got open my player and turned on Pride. ^^;

I've noticed this before as well. I just thought it was a musical thing, but now that I pay attention, it DOES sound like Listen. And yes, it is on the instrumental.
