This is almost impossible... if this is true, it would be an EXTREMELY dumb thing to do on BOTH of those company's parts. They wouldn't be able to find anyone to replace Ayu as a spokesmodel. I hope this isn't official >P

Kawai, can you please explain? Can you please translate or something 'cause we have no clue what you're talking about.

By the way (even though I have no idea what this news story is) are you sure this is a reliable source?

tu-ka & visee have both been using ayu as their cm spokeperson from a long long time...being an ayu fan..i'm sad to see their drop the contract with ayu...but in terms of a business viewpoint..itz reasonable that they wanna use someone else to sell their product...if they wanna keep their consumer feel fresh bout their product..also since ayu's image is chaning...it maynot fit with theirs..eg ayu used to be super cute and first started out being visee model, now ayu's image is more mature and womanly..visee may reconsider if it fits with their product image (just a guess)

It's definately over? This really does seem like an unbelievable move by Tuka and Visee especially since Ayu seems like a veteran spokesperson/spokesmodel for them. A translation would definately be helpful.

ayumi is such an influential person, why would any large company want to let her go?

Well not every person loves ayu. Maybe they wanted to make a change....It sounds odd though. Anyway it might be that ayu's contract was signed to last until this year so all that is needed to do is to remake the contract who knows....

That seems a bit hard to believe, but if it's really true, those companies are making a BIG mistake! To exclude Ayu will cost them millions in the end, so hopefully, this isn't totally true...

Maybe the contract was just up and they couldn't afford her anymore.

I will definitely miss the Tu-ka ads also!!! They were usually so cool!

yea, its ridiculously sad to see this happen, but I totally agree with Mimika when they said why the companies dropped her. It's only business and Ayu might have several other options open up to her. You never kno.

It's hard to believe two entirely seperate companies would drop their same spokesperson at the same time when she's at the hieght of her career. It doesn't make sense. I don't believe it.

Has anyone thought that maybe Ayu doesn't want to continue the contracts? Don't you think it odd that both Tuka and Visee are dropping Ayu? Ayu has endorsed both for a long time, and maybe she's tired of it. It's time for her to move on. And who's to say she won't pick up another company? She definitely doesn't need their money anymore.
