Startin'/Born to Be... didn't make it to the weekly top 50 this week. Depending on how much it sold this week, my guess would be that it will sell for another 2-3 weeks before falling out of the top 200, then it wouldn't be kept tracked.

Seemingly, sellings of S/B is not bad...Maybe it will reach 200k in a few weeks.

If you look at the oricon yearly chart, so far the albums that have higher position than (miss)understand are BEST albums. So that means (m)u is the highest selling original studio album up to date. (of course... probly it will be different in the end).
