Questions about buying concert tickets in Hong Kong, Taipei, and Shanghai

Hoping someone has some knowlege of the procedure in any of these three cities. Are there options for buying online? Are there ticket reselling shops? Are there scalpers?

For taiwan, it depends on which is the company that is promoting the concert. Some companies had online sale.

I'm thinking there's a high chance that ayu's concert will be pick up by Asia Plus TV. in that case, they do have online selling.

I checked www.urbtix.com.hk and they havent put up ayu's concert for sale yet.
