Overseas or Japan?

I'm trying to get a complete collection of Ayu's albums and I've been wondering what the difference is between the Overseas version and the Japan version? The price of the Overseas version is always much less which makes me wary of buying it.

It's probably an often asked question so I apologise but I really want to know.

There really is usually no difference with the overseas version apart from it's price and it's region code. Maybe some extras won't be available on it, like extra CDs and such, but it's really the same thing
