ayu was once wearing MTRL EVERYWHERE, EVERYTIME.. but wad happened now? i heard that it was her created brand... but in http://www.mtrlg.com, nowhere shows "ayumi hamasaki".. WAD HAPPENED?

I don't know much about MTRL, but I think Ayumi only promoted it, maybe she made a few items.

Any known information about MTRL and Ayu's relationship is in there. This question has been asked multiple times and there's no conclusive reason why Ayumi all but stopped promoting the line.
