I'm pretty sure it's one size fits all because it is a hoodie, and all the actual t-shirts on that site have actual sizes (S, M, L, XL). Medium for an Ayu shirt is 72cm x 48cm, so it's pretty close to that

It's about 21 (about a 42 inch chest) inches wide at the chest and 27 inches long. So get a tape measure and measure your chest at the line from armpit to armpit. It's roughly a L in America.
