Namie Amuro & Koda Kumi

As you all know these two chicks are my favs. Love both them music to death. I know alot of people here can agree with me when I say they need to really hook up and do a collabo.



Right Now Namie and Koda are number
Both released stuff on the same day
Both were on music station preforming the same day
and I bet both were celebrating their releases on the same day.
Namie is one of Koda's idols.

Im guess im overly excited that both my favs are number 1 together. I can't call who is number 1 to me since I love both equally. Has this ever happened to any of you?

But anyway I hope all this stuff, MS, Releasing on the same day, and Being number one will bring them together damn it! I WANT THE COLLABO!

I bet Namie is listening to Koda's single while Koda is listening to Namie's album.

While I'd probably jump up and down from excitement if they actually collaborated, I just don't see it happening anytime soon, or ever.

As for who's number 1...Namie. Kuu's a favorite of mine too though, but the Queen of Hip Pop easily beats her

i like namie more and music and her image

koda has had good music, but her music has been going downhill, plus shes releasing too much too fast, she needs to take her time on her music instead of just releasing and releasing.and releasing And im not a fan of her image its a little too risque for me, but leah dizon is worse when it comes to that. ima suga hoshii totally changed how i saw her and her music.

so namie all the way, plus play was an awesome album

Releasing too much? She's been slowing down a lot lately.

I don't think so either. The avex girls never really do duets...with one another that is. Except with Koda and BoA for the 9/11 thing and Ayu and KEIKO. Namie's better though, she makes good music. Koda's songs can be good, but I only like certain ones. With Namie, I love them all.

On QoHP and Play, I can listen to every track. But on Black Cherry I really only like Cherry Girl, WON'T BE LONG, puppy, INTRODUCTION, Get Up & Move!! and that's it. I agree, Kuu-chan needs to slow down with her releases. I mean really, 3 Best albums in less than 2 years? the songs really can't become the best in that time period

PS- is ayu one of Koda's idols?

I would be extremely happy if both ayu and kumi or ayu and namie would release stuff at the same day (or ayu and hikki) because they all are my most fav though ayu and kumi are my two top fav so yeah, if they would release anything the same day (ayu album kumi single or opposite) I would jump my room endlessly 'cause they are my most favs!

I like kumi and Namie so that was a good releasing combo as well!

KaoriNeko - I won't be surprised... kumi sings ayu's songs (when they put them on MS when kumi and ayu is there or when they put ayu's songs in a video lol) xD.

Can't see kumi and Namie doing a collab though... could be strange...
Namie sings hip-pop/hip-pop ballads, kumi sings pop/j-urban/ballads I don't think they fit that much...But it can be great if they do the right thing/song.

BTW Namie became my 4th most fav artist (after ayu, kumi and hikki which are my ultimate 3, BoA went 5th) xD.

It'd be interesting if they did a collaboration. I don't think it'll happen though. Besides, there's always a chance that it could backfire and end up sucking (ie. Simply and Lovely).

It's hard choosing who I like best between the two. But at the moment, I'm feeling Namie more just because I can't go a day without listening to PLAY. FREAKY was ok, but Kuu's done better.

Yeah true... just like their music styles. Of course, that's why it's called a collaboration!
