Utada Hikaru - Kiss & Cry PV Preview
A preview of "Kiss & Cry" is now available on her official site here:

It looks like it's basically clips featuring the characters from the Nissan Cup Noodle commercials. The link is also apparent in the lyrics of "Kiss & Cry" where she actually mentions "Nissan Cup Noodle". Either Hikki really loves the noodles, or Nissan's using her heavily for promotion. Well... it's working, because I'd buy them just for Hikki!
