[WIKI] Dark elements in Ayu's PVs

As we all know and as stated in Wikipedia, Ayu uses "dark themes and imagery, including horror and supernatural elements" in her music videos. Wikipedia mentions her previous uses of "death, ghosts, executions," and even "self-ridicule." And then I found this:

Directing this with the quote which mentioned "supernatural elements," it makes sense. But everything else Wikipedia mentioned mainly revolves around the darker elements. I saw "Santa Clause" and thought, what?

duh guys - Santa rearanged is Satan. We all associate red with hell - santa wears red

the santa looks freaky in the NWTS pv. maybe that's teh reason he's listed? (XD)

LOL! i read the exact quote before ur actual post and had the same reaction ^^

thanks for pointing that out, it was quite interesting...! just like in many of her album covers she is either featured naked (rainbow, LOVEppears, I am...), dressed like a prostitute (MY STORY, Duty) or simply lesbian (A BALLADS). Then again, a majority of them are simply upclose face shots
