The official Nakanomori BAND thread

Hey, guys! This is my first time ever making an official band thread, so I hope it goes ok. I made this thread in order to find where all the other Nakanomori BAND fans are. I don't think they're very mainstream or even very popular yet, but I really like their music. It's exactly what I like: not too sugary, and not too overwhelming.

I'm a very recent fan. I found out about them for the first time when I went to Japan for the summer and was looking through a CD store in Osaka. I just went to the new music section and put on the headphones and tried a bunch of bands and thought that this band called Nakanomori BAND was just amazing. I could only listen to one or two songs, but I immediately took a scrap piece of paper from my purse and wrote down the name of the band hoping that when I got back home to the states I'd be able to find them. Unfortunately, I didn't know what song I was listening to, since I didn't write down the name of the song, but I'm nearly positive it was Tabi e no Tobira.
It's been very hard trying to find songs, but I haven't given up and the piece of paper is still to this day taped to my fridge.

As a dedication to them and this first post, here is there new album that just came out today. I love it so much, and it's got the first song that I ever heard from them on it! I recommend it to everyone, even the people that have never heard of them.

I'd see some of their singles sometimes at the internet and never thought of downloading them~
But yesterday I decided to try out new artists and stumbled upon this album, and though I haven't listened to it very well yet, I really love it! The first track is awesome!

What does she say? "I wanna be a light streak"? That sounds kinda weird! Haha! XD

Lol. The first track makes me laugh! XD I love it! My favorite track is One Last Tear. The music reminds me very much of Ai Otsuka (whom I LOVE), but not so...high pitched? Is that the word I'm looking for?

Haha! I'm nearly positive she's saying, "I wanna be electric." Though I don't know what that means either.

Let's be Nakanomori newbies together.

Lol. I think you and me are the only ones who'll be in this thread. XD C'mon, people!! They're a great band!!! Try something new!

Electric Girl makes me laugh and smile. And I think I've officially heard of over 5 songs called kaze ni naritai. I wonder why everyone uses that title? Hm.. I'm starting to really like Seesaw, myself.

Have you tried to find any other albums? I'm having a really hard time trying to find any. Do you remember the website where you found out about them?

The only other song called Kaze ni Naritai that I've ever heard of is one of Sailor Uranus' image songs from Sailor Moon XD
I don't know why it would be common, maybe it's an expression of sorts in Japan? There are some expressions and clichés that I see a lot in J-Pop but not anywhere else

I found out about them in a J-Music blog called Japan Roll, I usually go there for new releases and stuff. They have their two singles, "Kaze ni Naritai" and "ISOBRAVO/Yuki", but that's all... that's how I first heard of them, so I'm not sure where to find their older albums. Maybe their stuff is getting more popular lately, that's why it's easier to find? We can always request it somewhere, too
