Not here to help, but yeah, I always have the exact same problem.
You could try Live Journals, or the artist's official webesite? |

you could try http://aheeyah.com/
they're a k-pop lyric site but they have song titles and tracklistings of most albums

I usually just use the official sites. =\ Sometimes ones that aren't copyable in IE show up as copyable in FF if that helps.

I usually take the tracklistings from official websites.
If not, I'll go to YesAsia, find the album I need, choose to view the page in the proper language, and then copy and paste the titles from there. In my experience, they're correct most of the time at YesAsia. Last resort, I'll check out big-name websites that have artist discography information. When I need proper tags, I try to stay away from fansites--especially Korean fansites. Whereas Japanese fans tend to type English song titles in English (unless using abbreviated Fan-titles), Korean fans (and some big-name sites) seem to prefer to write English titles in Hangul. |

Just find the artists name in the original Hangul and search for it on there, they don't have the artwork though.
