Ayu's ad-libbing
How do ya'll feel about Ayu's ad-libbing? I mean not the whole, "clap your hands" but the extra notes and "whoa...yeah.." stuff. I personally think it's cute and she usually does it well and not over the top. Only some singers can pull off the over the top ad-libbin and she's not one of them. So i like it.

Her ad-libbing is so annoying.
 I mean, come on. When she tries to add stuff in, she just gets even more tired. xDBest example of ad-libbing: When Ayu forgot her lyrics when she was singing Trauma... at AT03?

Well, she doesn't do it as much as usual western singers. She mostly only yells some stuff or w/e. I absolutely despise her "UNGH UNGH UNGH"s though, like in the beginning of the STEP you instrumental bridge, before Gomi and Shuya do the bike-riding wheel thing with their arms next to Ayu.
Other than that it's pretty standard. Let's just say that I'm not a fan of Ayu's for her ad-libbing.

I love it, makes the lives more personal in my opinion...even if it is the same 5 phrases/words. YEAH! WO! COME ON EVERYBODY! CLAP YOUR HANDS! LALALALALALA~

shes hell cutee *-* i loved the ladies night presentation in cdl 2007 2008 omg the girls were soo cute! xD and then this other sexy blonde came xDDD soo funny i love how they make everything cute and like little stories etc and ayu is always cute and kool love it

Isn't ad-libbing adding extra notes to the original song and stuff like that? Why are some talking about "clap your hands" and "come on"... Some don't work for me like NEVER EVER where she rubato the 'tokini' but mostly it's nice. Like inspire where she did the extra stuff with peco and princess at the end as well as BoY.

Sometimes it's over the top but she's not the worst ab-libber I've seen. Sometimes the chats are really cute, and can add personality to the performance, bringing her closer to the audience
When she sings, I wish she would say more than "Yeah, yeah!" "Come on!" "OK!" and "Uh, uhh!" though! ^^; I guess she doesn't want to distract from the song in case she forgets her lines

I only like them with up-beated, or fun songs. Mostly during the tours classics like Boys&Girls, AUDIENCE, Trauma, ect.
Like a few have said already, it adds to the live feeling and I like it ^_^

I think one of the best adlibs she did would be for Is This Love? and Mirrorcle World. The "wow yeah"s are just so powerful! The lives one would be Memorial address where she would go "woho yeah" or something <3
