2009 Calender in Singapore

For all fellow Singaporeans:

Ayu's 2009 Calender is currently available for pre-ordering at A'N'BC store at Bugis!
A lot of other artists (I saw Koda Kumi, Matsumoto Jun, BoA and quite a few others) and anime calenders are also available for pre-ordering.
The price is $43.80, and you have to pay $21.90 (half the amount) as deposit. The other half of the amount is paid upon collection. They will notify you when it arrives from Japan for collecting. (I asked them and a staff said 3 weeks, while the notice they put outside the store says 6 weeks. But I think it depends on the printing date in Japan)
Pre-ordering ends on the 30th of November.
I'm not sure if this is cheaper than ordering it online with the shipping fees and all, but I think it's great for those who can't order online (like me; I already ordered! ).

I'm not sure if this is in the correct place. But mods, please move it if it isn't.

That's great but it's kind of pricey. If it's cheaper than the original+shipping fees then i may just get it.

Well from CDJapan calendar with the fastest shipping cost S$58.97. Slowest shipping is S$47.68. Calendar by itself is S$32.67 excluding tax. So it's been jacked up by only about $10.

^The shipping is almost the cost of the calendar itself. It's ridiculous.

haha.. calender.. jus check handphone la! although it will not say sch hols, public hols and all..

for ayu, i will always buy her albums, DVDs. singles have to see.. Tour goods, i buy a few items. the rest i dont buy one.

Buy a new item. Spend so much money. Keep for so long.

20 years later, u realised it's all a foolish act to spend so much money on all these.

^ haha, well I guess I belong to spendthrifts then... I just feel that it's okay to buy stuff if you want to... if you can afford that is. It's just a good way to indulge yourself, IMO.

^ i agree, i will buy stuff when i want to. but i feel that the thing must be worth my money.

one example, Mac fillet o' fish 5.95. So small burger, so little fries and coke. KFC zinger meal slightly expensive but eat till full with the coleslaw and whipped potato and gia-normous burger.. more worth it ma.

most of the ayu items are not exactly worth my money.

Well, except for her albums and concert DVDs (which kind of borders on being "not worth it"), I don't think anything else from her are bare necessities... oh well.

You can get the student meal for 4.90 but the fries are small, not medium. Or you could go on a weekday between 12-2 for the standard 4.90 EVMs. They even have McWings meal Personally, i'll get a double cheese-burger and a large drink. Then head to Edo (at fairprice) for sushi.

I feel the same in a way. I was really happy to get AT-08 keychain, phonestrap and towel, and then the realization hit me. I just spent over $70 on these 3 items. It does seem a little crazy.
