That look is just all wrong. But I laugh, because it looks like she's from the wayyyy early 90s. Terrible fashion in those days.

Still hating the bangs.
It's pretty much one of the worst hairstyles I think women can get.
Those big ugly bangs starting way at the middle/back of the scalp.
