Yahoo Auctions Japan question & YesAsia First Press question

Hi All!
So here is the questions #1.
I've bought from one of the seller on eBay sample versions of Sowelu CD's and in other thread I've read that some people have got sample ver. of Ayu CD's from that seller as well. Please do not tell me how cool is to get sample version and etc. I'm not looking for it. I'm looking for Original Japanese versions. Finally my question is: Have you ever got sample version of Ayu CD's from YAJ? When you were not planning to buy sample, but Original Version?
I'm startin' to use YAJ pretty often lately (with crescent shop help) so I hate to ask them to ask seller the question is this Original Version or sample. 'Cause I need to collect a lot of Ayu CD's.

And here comes question #2.
Is it true that STILL (I mean now) people are getting First Press of Ayu CD's from YesAsia even A BEST & A BALLADS!? And are they Japanese versions? Again if yes, how come they still have it?

1. I don't get what you mean with sample version? Anyways, I don't use YAJ.

2. Yes, somehow there is some first presses, but if you are looking for first press only, you should buy it second hand, if you don't want to risk it. YA uses first-to-come, so you do never know which version to get. With upcoming CDs, the chance of a first press depends on the number of first press released. And with old CDs, the chance to get it is kinda unknown.

by sample versions, do you mean promo versions?

Promos are usually listed as such.... (with the kanji "非売品" - "not-for-sale item")
I just make it a point to not buy ANYTHING on YAJ unless it has detailed photos, since my japanese isn't that great yet. Although I usually just use it for merchandise, not CDs.

Haven't ordered an Ayu CD from YesAsia in ages, so I can't help with the second question.

Almost no difference from Original Version, but red text saying that it's sample and yellow sticker on the back.

I've never known YA to sell promo versions. It's true that they don't inform you if you're purchasing FP versions.

Since they're "not for sale" I'd assume they're hard to come by, not worth YA creating a listing for them =|

^ It's not YA that are selling promo versions, it's YAJ that are.

1. I don't know if there are much promo versions at YAJ, but normally the seller lists it as such. Just use a translator (for example babelfish or Google) to look if you are uncertain.

2.Yes, YesAsia still has some first presses of Ayu's albums. Last year I bought I am... from them and got first press with the long obi (japanaese version). I was so surprised and happy!
But you never know what you get, because YesAsia doesn't state what they have in stock...sadly.

i agree yesasia never tell you if its a first press or not so thats why i dont oder from yesasia and i never order from ebay either because of too many bootleg ,overseas version and promo album . As for yahoo auction japan the only promo cd they sell are not those one but the rare one that you see on enneaba . those radio sample cd but its rare .people are a lot more honnest on yahoo auction japan .

it would be illegal if yesasia did sell those store promo cd . they are send to the store to play the cd or let people listen to it as a sampling . they are not for public resell .whoever resell those rip off people and make good money because he get those for free .
if i were you i would ask a refund to the seller .

if you want my advice buy from fans its a lot safer . tons of people on ahs resell their cd ,sometimes first press and the advantage is you can ask as many pictures and questions as you want .
you can even check the white and blacklist seller to be even more safe .
