A good program for converting vob's?

Hi, I was just wondering does any one know of a good program to convert vobs to 320kbp mp3 / vob's to wmv/avi? I have a converter but it only coverts mp3s up to 256kbp and the videos are good but the audio could be better. Thanks

i'm using a software called "Any Video Converter"
it's quite good.i tried to convert ayu PCDL08-09 frm VOB to mp3.the sound is not that sharp and loud but its ok for me

Try "autogk". I convert all my videos with that program.
