Can I start this one off by introducing this guy? He's got a nice singing voice and his music rocks!

His single "For Your Entertainment" is on iTunes. It's ironic because his debut album "For Your Entertainment" will be out next week!

BTW, this guy was the runner-up to Kris Allen on American Idol.

He kind of reminds me of Koda Kumi with some Ayu thrown in (well, the album reminds me of that)!

I LOVE Adam. I've been supporting him since American Idol. So far I've heard For Your Entertainment, Whattaya want from me, Time for Miracles and Fever and they all sound great. I'll be ordering his CD on amazon some time next month

I also hate him whining about how any negative reaction to his over-the-top, calculated crap in that performance was "discrimination" and a "double standard". Dude, Madonna has been getting crap for decades. Janet Jackson's career pretty much crashed after the Super Bowl incident. 2 Live Crew had lawsuits filed against them for obscene content on their albums. Get over yourself. We're not complaining about your horrid performance because we're "scared" or we "don't get it". The performance sucked. It was self-indulgent, paint-by-numbers "shock".

...I really don't like him. But I just had to ream him out for screaming "discrimination". If a straight man had done any of the things Adam did last night, he'd be raked over the coals for it, too.

I personally LOVED his performance. It was SO Adam. I'm glad he showed us who he was, he has to break that Idol stigma if he wants to be the artist he's trying to be, and this is the way to do it.

I bought the CD today <3 I love it so far, and the booklet is hot *___*

So anyway, I've listened to his album a couple of times now. I like it, If I Had You, Fever, Soaked, and Pick U Up were the best out of the tracks I hadn't heard yet so far, I like Aftermath too, but it's very Idol and not so much Adam.

I'm enjoying looping this album as a whole though, and the packaging is so glam, I love the color version of the FYE single cover. And there's a picture in the center of the booklet from the cover shoot with him reaching out, that's my favorite picture. The only one I don't like is at the end where he's like, blowing a kiss, he looks really stupid XD

It's definitely a lot different then any postIdol debut album I've heard <3 I'm sure the AMA thing will blow over and Adam will have a successful career, people reacted negatively when Lady Gaga debuted, because she was too weird and too over the top, and then they grew to love her, I can see Adam going the same way
