I don't think AT03-04 = a CDL.
It just so happens that it started very early for a 30th single commemoration.
I don't think they knew what they were gonna do, but they assumed that she was gonna have a concert, so that's why AT started so early. A MUSEUM took place 8 times [her smallest amount of dates yet, I believe..]~
A MUSEUM was an extra concert for 2003, kinda like how ST02 and AT02 went on in 2002 along with CDL02-03..
