I agree with Rody!, there's no connection. I think there'd be a more solid argument if Tokio released a song with a weird title like "Mirrorcle World", but... green isn't exactly and uncommon word or idea... or color.

I don't think there is a connection. Why would she make a connection with Tomoya? I mean, they have broken up since last year.
